Servicing Kit
- For the cleaning and maintenance of gauge blocks.With proper maintenance, the lifetime of gauge blocks is significantly extended!
The Servicing Kit contains the following items:
- 1 cleansing cloth
- 1 chamois leather
- 1 bottle of special protective oil 50 ccm
- 1 deburring stone
- 1 soft brush
- 1 grease brush
A detailed description of the handling can be found in the instructions for use, which are supplied in the gauge block maintenance kit.
Special Protective Oil
To protect steel gauge blocks from corrosion, they are treated with anti-corrosion oil (not suitable for gauge blocks in carbide or ceramic)
Deburring Stone
The deburring stone can be used to remove small burrs on the measuring surfaces and edges of gauge blocks without changing the actual dimension
